Melissa Petruso is a Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Whole-Self Wellness Coach with nearly 20 years of experience helping women build strength, confidence, and balance from the inside out. Her approach blends functional strength training, yoga, and holistic wellness coaching to support physical vitality, mental clarity, and sustainable lifestyle change.
Melissa specializes in supporting women through all stages of life, offering personalized training, mindful movement, and coaching that honors each individual’s goals, experiences, and evolving needs. She creates a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel seen, capable, and connected to their own strength.
In addition to one-on-one coaching and training, Melissa designs meaningful wellness experiences that foster connection, reflection, and growth. Her offerings include paddleboard yoga, guided hikes, vision board workshops, and reflective wellness sessions that invite participants to slow down, reconnect, and realign.
Her work empowers women to move with intention, reconnect with themselves, and create lives rooted in strength, clarity, and fulfillment.
Melissa is also a mom of three, stepmom to two, and wife to her husband, Michael. Together, they raised their children with a deep connection to nature, prioritizing outdoor adventure, healthy living, and a lifestyle grounded in wellness and intention—values that continue to shape both her life and her work today.
